Can I really start for free?

Yes — Yippito is completely free while it is in public beta, with no card or payment details required.

How does AI generation work?

Enter a topic, a YouTube link or upload a document — the system analyzes the content and generates questions with answers and explanations.

Do players need to register?

No. Players just enter a PIN and a nickname — no registration required.

How many players can play at once?

Up to 300 players can join a single room. During the public beta everything is unlocked, so all 300 are available to everyone — no limits.

Which file formats do you support?

AI can build a quiz from a topic, pasted notes, a web link, a PDF, a YouTube video, photos of a page or a PowerPoint deck. Questions can carry images, MP3 audio, MP4 video or YouTube clips. A Spotify track works too.

How long are my uploaded images and videos kept?

As long as you keep using the quiz. If a quiz is neither edited nor played for 3 months, its uploaded media is automatically removed to save storage — just edit or run the quiz again to keep everything. Images added from the library or by URL are never affected.

Ask for up to 50. Each one comes with the right answer and a one-line explanation, and you can edit any of them before you play.

3. Play in real time

Put it on a screen and share the PIN. After every question the room sees who got it right and how the leaderboard moved.

New game style

NewHalloween Night: a whole game style, lobby to podium

Pick it under Game style → World in the builder and the quiz turns into the season: dark frosted cards with a pumpkin edge and cream lettering, music of its own, and ground fog under jack-o’-lanterns that breathe like candles and beat faster through the last five seconds of every question.

The room is alive
A witch leaves the moon when you press Start and comes back with the first question, bats cross the sky, a spider lets itself down now and then, and the 3-2-1 is counted in bones.
Every beat in costume
The right answer lights up like a lantern, phones stamp a pumpkin for right and a tombstone for wrong, players react with 🎃 👻 🦇, and the winner takes a witch’s hat on the podium.
Sounds of the night
A door creaks as players join, an owl calls between questions, the buzzer screams — and at the end everyone can share a Halloween card with their place.

NewBuzzer: first to press gets to answer

The options stay hidden until someone hits the big red button. Whoever gets there first answers alone, with the whole room watching their clock.

A real race
Every phone becomes a big red buzzer. The first press takes the turn, and that phone’s lamp lights up.
Miss it, and it’s stolen
A wrong answer is struck out and the turn passes to the next in line — who now knows one option to avoid.
Speed still pays
The first turn is worth the most, and the faster the answer, the more it scores.

The show

NewDark rounds: nobody knows who leads

In the last rounds the scoreboard is sealed: the wall goes dark, phones stop showing rankings, and the standings stay secret until the winner is crowned.

The lights go out
Before the first dark question one lamp and a plate tell the room: from here on, the board is locked.
The board is turned over
Instead of the standings the room watches the rows turn face down, shuffle and get stamped sealed.
The finale becomes a real duel
The top two meet without knowing who is ahead. The crown drops only then.

One tap in the lobby: last 1, last 2, or the whole game.
